These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6coin ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 6coin online casino, sports betting, and related gaming services available at https://6coin.club. • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 6coin or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be located in or accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful or where 6coin has determined it cannot lawfully offer its services.

6coin reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Players who provide false eligibility information will have their accounts closed and any outstanding balance may be forfeited.

To access real-money gaming at 6coin you must create a registered account. During registration and as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. 6coin operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. 6coin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be communicated to players on the deposit and withdrawal pages.

All bonuses are subject to these general terms and to the specific terms of each individual promotion. Players are responsible for reading all applicable bonus terms before claiming any offer. The following general bonus conditions apply across all promotions on 6coin:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

Promotional offers made by 6coin are intended for personal recreational use only. Any systematic or professional exploitation of bonus structures, free spins, or promotional funds is considered abuse and will result in account action, up to and including permanent closure.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Players may request a time-out period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the player's account is suspended for gaming activity. Deposits will not be accepted during a time-out period.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform's game systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, match results, or betting markets in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to obtain credits, free bets, or any other benefit not intended by 6coin. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be returned to 6coin.
• Using funds of criminal origin for deposits, or using the 6coin platform in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Registering more than one account, or allowing a third party to use your account, or using another player's account credentials to access the platform.

Where 6coin determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of misconduct, confiscate winnings derived from prohibited conduct, close the account permanently, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

All content on the 6coin platform, including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, icons, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the intellectual property of 6coin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 6coin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial, recreational use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 6coin platform without 6coin's prior written consent. Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe and others remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by 6coin under licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6coin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 6coin platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or any other losses arising from technical failures, third-party payment processor errors, or events outside 6coin's reasonable control.

6coin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond 6coin's control (including third-party network failures, payment processor outages, and force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. 6coin will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

6coin reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or bonus abuse policies.
• 6coin is required to do so to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or directions from a competent authority, including AML obligations or court orders.
• 6coin has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to active investigations will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at the player's own request), the full account balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

6coin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When amendments are made that materially affect your rights or obligations as a player, 6coin will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform. The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the 6coin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
